Please read over the Terms & Conditions below to get an understanding of the commission process. Once you’ve done that, just click the button below to get started! Please fill out the commission request to the best of your ability; we will have a chance to review it together once I’ve received it, and I’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
My process is simple— I’ll review your request and follow-up with a quote based on the information you’ve provided.
Once we’re both clear on the vision, I will require email confirmation that you have approved the commission proposal.
Then, I’ll provide a sketch or draft for your approval before providing the final artwork!
Payment:
For Original Digital Artwork - To Be Printed: I will require a 50% deposit at the time of proposal approval. Once the commission is completed, I will send a low resolution, watermarked file for final approval. At this time, the final 50% payment is due. After the full payment has been received, I will ship the final illustration (according to your size specifications) and provide the client with a higher resolution file of the image.
For Original Artwork - Mixed Media or Painting: I will require a 50% deposit at the time of the proposal approval. Once the commission is finished, I will email you a photograph of the final artwork for approval. At this time, the final 50% of payment is due.
Payment will be collected via PayPal or Venmo.
Timeline and Deadlines:
I will do my best to accommodate your requested timeline and will keep you informed of my progress and shipping information. On average, a simple portrait can be completed within a week. If a commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied. Otherwise, I have the right to refuse commissions if the deadline cannot be met.
Shipping:
Final artwork will be shipped via USPS, unless otherwise communicated, shipping and handling will be included in the quote provided to the client. I will provide the client with tracking information as soon as it is available. Please note, unfortunately I will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped out.
Rights and Usage of the Artwork:
The client may display the artwork online, on social media, through email/text as long as proper credit is given. Credit is defined as the artist’s name mentioned and/or social media profile handles are linked. The client may not reproduce the image for the purpose of financial provide, or claim the artwork as theirs.
As the artist, I hold the right to use the final illustration for portfolio purposes or marketing (ie. posting it on Instagram or other social media). However, as a courtesy, I may ask the client for their approval.
